To reset your Online Banking password, enter your Username, Four Digit PIN and email address, then Submit. An email with a temporary PIN will be sent to your email address. If you don't know your Username or do not have a current email address registered with the Bank, please contact one of our banking centers. Your temporary PIN will only be valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive your Temporary PIN within 5 minutes, contact us at (956)687-4260 or your local banking center.
