To reset a password: 1.On the home page, click the "Forgotten Password" link 2.Enter your "Access ID" 3.Enter the last 4 digits of your "Tax ID" or Social Security Number 4.Enter your "Email Address" to confirm that the address matches the address associated with your Access ID 5.Click "Submit" If additional security questions are presented, enter the appropriate answers and click "Submit" If answers are correct, a temp password is sent to the email address for your Access ID.
